Did you have a hard time staying awake during history class in high school? Have you ever fallen asleep during a history channel documentary? Need a little brush up on the history of Andrew Jackson? Well looks like you are in luck. Today marks opening night of “Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson” a sexy rock musical. A history lesson of sorts but with less dates and facts and more sex and blood. Call (801) 363-7522 for tickets.

Thanks to City Weekly for another amazing Artys award ceremony last night.

Congrats to Topher Rasmussen from COURSE 86B IN THE CATALOGUE for the Staff Pick award he received for chewing (literally) scenery and to Charles Lynn Frost for SISTER DOTTIE: THE SISTER LIVES ON!

These awards mean a lot to us and either hard work or luck keep us in the running each year and we’re very proud of that.
